What can I say about Sonic the Hedgehog that hasn’t already been said a million times? This game kicks ass, and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise, despite Sonic’s modern reputation. This game has it all: ahead of it’s time gameplay speed, wonderful visuals, and one of the catchiest soundtracks you’ll ever hear. The Sonic gameplay formula was further refined in later entries in the series, but you can’t go wrong with the original.
