Still one of my favorite games of all time, and it still holds up. The Sega CD version might be my favorite, but the Genesis is technically the original. The controls, animations, sound effects, art style, everything were groundbreaking, and it was like playing a cartoon. I hope one of these days, Earthworm Jim can return in some form…a form that isn’t attached to vaporware consoles…
